Vulcano charcoal grill, with its solid self-supporting structure, has been conceived to be independent or inserted in a modular grills system. It can be joined by a charcoal brazier or combined with an additional single charcoal grill, double charcoal grill or triple charcoal grill, depending on the needs of use and the kitchen’s capacity.

The standard grills is made of stainless steel mesh diameter 3 mm, to ensure perfect heat transmission and uniform cooking. This allows the juices to be vaporised, eliminates excess fat – without burning – and gives the food its classic barbecue aroma. They can be lifted to load the embers pits and removed for cleaning.
The embers containment pits, located under the grills, are made of perforated cast iron to ensure maximum resistance and perfect heat distribution. They can be charged directly with charcoal or with burning embers – produced by the combinable brazier – and adjusted to 5 cooking levels. The extractable drawers for ash recovery makes it quick to clean.
The hood, which must have a forced extraction, ensures the correct expulsion of the cooking fumes through a flue pipe, thus minimizing the spread of odors in the kitchen. It has a regulator for extraction and can be further integrated with a soot suppressor.
The grill is directly powered by charcoal, which ensures a higher calorific value, a double life and a significant cost saving compared to wood embers. It can be easily ignited by coal igniters (liquid or solid) and is a guarantee of hygiene in the kitchen, thanks to sterile and certified packaging.
