Nerone is the charcoal brazier for restaurants, to be used in combination with modular grills, dedicated exclusively to embers preparation.
Designed with thick refractory coatings and paint resistant to the high temperatures emitted by fire, this professional brazier ensures the continuous supply of embers in total safety. Tested and certified according to the current regulations, it guarantees excellent performance, is completely stand-alone, practical to use and easy to clean. It can also be powered by wood, giving a pleasant scenic effect in restaurants with open view kitchens.
Nerone charcoal brazier, with its solid self-supporting structure, has been conceived to be inserted in a modular grills system. It can be combined with an single charcoal grill, double charcoal grill or triple charcoal grill, depending on the needs of use and the kitchen’s capacity.

The brazier is made of 10 mm thick cast iron cladding plates (side and rear), to ensure perfect protection from high temperatures, thus facilitating flames management. It also has a high quality stainless steel firewood holder, which can be easily loaded with different logs of wood and easily removed for operation with charcoal or for cleaning.
The embers tank, located under the brazier, is made of perforated cast iron to ensure maximum resistance and perfect heat distribution. It can be easily emptied from burning embers – for loading modular grills – using a common shovel. The extractable drawer for ash recovery makes it quick to clean.
The hood, which must have a forced extraction and a dedicated flue pipe, ensures the correct expulsion of the cooking fumes, thus avoiding the spread of soot in the kitchen. Produced in a single colour (resistant to high temperatures), it has a regulator for extraction and can be further integrated with a soot suppressor.
The brazier can be powered with charcoal, which ensures a higher calorific value, a double life and a significant cost saving. Alternatively, it can also work with wood, preferably seasoned like olive, ash and oak. It can be easily ignited by coal igniters (liquid or solid) or wood igniters.
